I've always been a bit bigger and my weight issue has affected my whole life. So I'm gonna post everything to try and give myself a bit more motivation to be strict and hopefully loose weight. I don't encourage eating disorders I want to do this for myself so that I can be comfortable in my own skin.

BAD MOOD
Okay, soo I'm in a bad mood. I had cereal this morning and now I'm binging a little on custard creams (11)
