I've always been a bit bigger and my weight issue has affected my whole life. So I'm gonna post everything to try and give myself a bit more motivation to be strict and hopefully loose weight. I don't encourage eating disorders I want to do this for myself so that I can be comfortable in my own skin.

Binge
Okay so I've been really naughty today, I woke up and had special K and four chocolate digestives and four custard creams. Really bad start to the day. Then in town I had a McDonald's chicken legend meal with a strawberry milkshake. Really really bad. Now I'm eating this ... Really late at night do a bad bad day for my poor poor tummy.
