I've always been a bit bigger and my weight issue has affected my whole life. So I'm gonna post everything to try and give myself a bit more motivation to be strict and hopefully loose weight. I don't encourage eating disorders I want to do this for myself so that I can be comfortable in my own skin.

Grrr
I really want a can of coke to ease my stress so to compromise I have to drink this one litre bottle of water first. Earlier when I did this I didn't want the food after. So I'll keep you posted x
