I've always been a bit bigger and my weight issue has affected my whole life. So I'm gonna post everything to try and give myself a bit more motivation to be strict and hopefully loose weight. I don't encourage eating disorders I want to do this for myself so that I can be comfortable in my own skin.

Sweaty :D
My assessment was really bad cus I forgot loads of it but I'm rather sweaty so tat's a huge plus x
