I've always been a bit bigger and my weight issue has affected my whole life. So I'm gonna post everything to try and give myself a bit more motivation to be strict and hopefully loose weight. I don't encourage eating disorders I want to do this for myself so that I can be comfortable in my own skin.

First food of the day
A flapjack, not really healthy but I haven't eaten yet and it's this or junk as I'm at school and there isn't much choice
