I've always been a bit bigger and my weight issue has affected my whole life. So I'm gonna post everything to try and give myself a bit more motivation to be strict and hopefully loose weight. I don't encourage eating disorders I want to do this for myself so that I can be comfortable in my own skin.

God I had a really busy, crazy and knackering weekend. I know I've managed to hurt my back but I'll find out in a minute how much. I feel like a have a really poorly tummy :( no fair x
