I've always been a bit bigger and my weight issue has affected my whole life. So I'm gonna post everything to try and give myself a bit more motivation to be strict and hopefully loose weight. I don't encourage eating disorders I want to do this for myself so that I can be comfortable in my own skin.

Compromise
I think I wanna eat something but I'm yelling myself that if I finish my bottle of water then and only then can I eat something.
