I've always been a bit bigger and my weight issue has affected my whole life. So I'm gonna post everything to try and give myself a bit more motivation to be strict and hopefully loose weight. I don't encourage eating disorders I want to do this for myself so that I can be comfortable in my own skin.

So far
One lesson and tutor down and I think I feel hungry but I tasted bile in the back of my mouth so not great, probably got a dicky tummy.
