I've always been a bit bigger and my weight issue has affected my whole life. So I'm gonna post everything to try and give myself a bit more motivation to be strict and hopefully loose weight. I don't encourage eating disorders I want to do this for myself so that I can be comfortable in my own skin.

Night night
Second night and I've had a tea (no sugar) and done my ab thingy. I have to be out the house at 7:10 for a driving test wish me luck, probably fail but I'm gonna try to not let it affect my new healthish thing.
