I've always been a bit bigger and my weight issue has affected my whole life. So I'm gonna post everything to try and give myself a bit more motivation to be strict and hopefully loose weight. I don't encourage eating disorders I want to do this for myself so that I can be comfortable in my own skin.

Okay
Okay so I had a cake slice at school and I'm about to eat a kit-kat. Not the best start to s healthy way but in return I'm gonna finish my bottle of water and do the ab exercise from yesterday four times spaced out before I go to sleep. Plus I might go round my friends how's and play with her boys which should actually burn a lot.
