I've always been a bit bigger and my weight issue has affected my whole life. So I'm gonna post everything to try and give myself a bit more motivation to be strict and hopefully loose weight. I don't encourage eating disorders I want to do this for myself so that I can be comfortable in my own skin.

Right
Right this morning I had my usual cereal, three chocolate digestives and a mini roll. I had a cheese, lettuce and cucumber sandwich. So not that bad you think, oh no I've started eating my valentines day chocolates three variety of truffles soo far. But I was being chases around and attacked by two little boys today so I may have burned at least some xxx
