I've always been a bit bigger and my weight issue has affected my whole life. So I'm gonna post everything to try and give myself a bit more motivation to be strict and hopefully loose weight. I don't encourage eating disorders I want to do this for myself so that I can be comfortable in my own skin.

Stir fry
My dad made stir fry and it isn't oily as the others normally have been. Oh well I'll labour through it. Okay I'll be doing a lot of exercises x
