Easy

32 ab crunches fast Feet down
32 ab crunches legs up
Very slow legs down, don't touch floor then slowly bring back up
Stretch, push and relax exercise on both legs
16 twist crunches left
16 twist crunches right
Repeat
Opposite knee to elbow crunch alterternatly
4 slow and hold
8 fast
Repeat
Arms above head and crunch abs to lift

I can feel it abut and ass I loos weight I'll do more.
